Our coffee is organically grown in Malawi, where fully ripe coffee cherries are handpicked at peak maturity and carefully processed. The beans are sundried naturally before roasting, preserving their character and quality. This coffee is fairly traded and supports rural communities, contributing to economic empowerment for local women and children involved in sustainable coffee farming.

For the cleanest and most balanced cup, brew using a filter method with a paper filter, such as a pour-over or drip coffee maker. Paper filters help remove naturally occurring compounds such as cafestol and kahweol, which may contribute to elevated cholesterol when consumed in unfiltered coffee. Use approximately 1–2 tablespoons of ground coffee per 180–240 ml of hot water (just off the boil), and adjust to taste.
